The Fortis is made of vegetable-tanned cowhide leather. In vegetable tanning, only natural tannins from bark and wood are used, no chemicals. The leather has a natural grain and develops an individual patina over time. Every wallet looks slightly different after a few months of use.

Vegetable-tanned cowhide leather requires little, but correct care. Occasionally rub the wallet with a neutral leather balsam, this keeps the material supple. Allow wet leather to dry at room temperature; do not use a hairdryer. Avoid sitting on the wallet for long periods, as this can distort the compartment layout.
