• Order information: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number and the items you order.
• Payment information: card payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number.
• Newsletter: your email address, only if you choose to subscribe.
• Technical data: an essential cart cookie that remembers your basket, and standard server logs (including IP address) kept briefly for security and fraud prevention.
• Analytics data: with your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how the store is used (pages viewed, products viewed, items added to cart, purchases). Your IP address is anonymized.
• Advertising data: with your consent, we use Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure our advertising and, where applicable, to show you more relevant ads on other platforms. These set advertising cookies and share limited event data (such as page and purchase events) with Google and Meta.

Analytics and advertising run only through our cookie consent banner. In the EU/EEA they are off until you opt in; in the United States they run on an opt-out basis and you can reject them at any time. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) and "Do Not Track" browser signals: if your browser sends one, we switch both analytics and advertising off for your visit automatically.

We use your information to process and ship your order, handle returns and customer service, send the newsletter you asked for, keep the store secure, and meet our legal and tax record-keeping duties. The legal bases are: performing your purchase contract, your consent (newsletter), our legitimate interest in a secure store, and compliance with law.

We share data only with service providers that help us run the store, and only as needed:

• Payment processing (e.g. Stripe) to take your payment.
• Shipping & fulfillment (e.g. DHL, and our fulfillment partner) to pack and deliver your order.

We may also disclose information where required by law. We do not sell or rent your personal information. We keep order, invoice and tax records for as long as US and German tax and commercial law require (generally up to 10 years). Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. The cart cookie expires after about 30 days. We delete or anonymize data once it is no longer needed.

This store is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We are based in Germany, so your information is processed in the European Union as well as by US-based service providers (such as your payment processor). We use providers that apply appropriate safeguards for this processing.
